I want to say MAC because they collaborated with my faves but I didn't like the styling
We don't have ulta here and I never went to sephora or mac either lol I'm a rossmann kinda gall 
I think I've purchased from Sephora just once and have no experience with the other two

Ulta! Mainly because I can get drugstore products and get some points that way lol
I don't wear makeup very often, so it's not like I'm getting many points anyways but
sometimes they have point multipliers for drugstore items i guess lol
But Sephora has better birthday gifts
